How much are your cupcakes?
They are all £1.75 each. They are either packaged singually or in boxes of 4, 6 or 12. Single cupcakes are available in celebration boxes, and come decorated for £3.25. Various decorations are available including Happy Birthday messages, childrens characters and sugar flowers for an addional 50p per cupcake.
What are your opening hours?
Thursday to Saturday 10.30am - 5pm, Sunday 10.30am - 4.30pm
What if I need Cupcakes out of these times?
Don't panic! Simply call to arrange a pick up, there is a minimum order of 12 cupcakes out of hours, and a limit on flavours, but please call to discuss. 48 hours notice is usually required, although always call to check as your order may be able to be combined with another already placed.
How do I care for my Whats Up Cupcakes?
It is best to eat your Whats Up Cupcakes? at room tempurature. You can put them in the fridge but make sure you allow them to come back up to room temperature before enjoying. Whats up Cupcakes? are best eaten on the day they are purchased, however to extend their life, wrap the bakery box with cling film or place the cupcakes in an airtight container.
How long do Whats Up Cupcakes? stay fresh?
Because Whats Up Cupcakes? are made with all natural (preservative-free) ingredients, it is best to eat them on the day they are baked, however they are still wonderful the next day. If you plan to keep your cupcakes longer than 2 days, cling film the bakery box or place in an airtight container.
Do you gift wrap?
Every purchase is gift wrapped with Whats Up Cupcakes? signature white boxes, ribbon and tags.
Can I order in advance?
You can either order in advance to pick up or for larger orders request local delivery, however there is an additional charge for delivery. Any size order is considered so please call or email to discuss.
If I order in advance, can I order any of your flavours? There is a limit of 10 flavours per week, unless discussed otherwise. Please call or email to discuss.
Can I place an order for cupcakes on the same day that I need them?
Simply call and ask. We do everything possible to accomodate all our advance orders.
Do you post your cupcakes?
Unfortunately Whats Up Cupcake?'s are too fragile to post. We are able to deliver but only in specific circumstances. Alternatively please call to discuss a pick up at anytime.
Can you do cupcakes for my wedding?
Of course! We supply a full or minimal service depending upon your wants and needs. We offer consultation, tasting, and will work with you to tailor the cupcakes to match your wedding theme and ideas. Just call to discuss ideas and options.
Do you hire out Cupcake Stands?
Yes. We have large 7 tier perspex stands that hold 30 to 150 cupcakes we hire for £20 plus a £100 fully returnable deposit. Also smaller stands are available that hold 13, 23, 24 or 27 cupcakes for £5 plus a £20 fully returnable deposit. All stands must be returned by the following Thursday in order to have your deposit returned unless otherwise discussed.
Can you do custom decorations?
Yes. We will always try to accomodate your visions, and of course offer you ideas as well.
Do all of your cupcakes contain dairy/sugar/nuts?
Yes, Whats Up Cupcakes? are made from the finest ingredients that include flour, dairy and sugar. Also, walnuts are present in the kitchen and so nut allergys would not be advised to eat Whats Up Cupcakes? However, any intolerence can be catered to on request given enough time, so please call to discuss.
Do you offer an organic ingredients range?
Yes, Whats Up Cupcake? offer an entire "Organic Emily" range, available on request.
Do you cater for allergies?
Yes. We do yummy Gluten Free Cupcakes each and every weekend. We are also willing to cater for any other allergy, simply call to discuss.
Do you offer anything other than cupcakes?
Yes. Whats up Cupcake? have a "Neets Treats" range that contains homemade flapjacks, chocolate bars, millionaires shortbread, and frequent weekly specials
